Sourced from Uji, Kyoto, where generations of tea growers have perfected the art of matcha. Grown in the shade in the rich soils between Kyoto and Nara, using traditional methods passed down through generations.
Storage
Store your matcha in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After each use, rinse your bamboo whisk, sifter and bowl with warm water, no soap needed. Let everything air dry completely, and you’re ready for your next matcha moment.

Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our complete bundle has everything you need to get started, ceremonial-grade matcha, ceramic bowl, bamboo whisk, whisk holder, sifter and bamboo scoop. No extra tools needed, just open, whisk and enjoy.
How to care for your matcha set?
Rinse your bowl and bamboo whisk with warm water after each use, no soap needed. Let them air dry completely before storing to keep your set in great condition.
How to make the perfect matcha?
1. Soften your whisk
Soak your bamboo whisk in warm water to soften the bristles.
2. Sift your matcha
Sift 2–4 scoops of matcha into your bowl.
3. Add water
Add 50–70 mL of warm water (around 80°C).
4. Whisk
Whisk quickly in an “M” or “W” motion until smooth and frothy. Tilting the bowl slightly can help create an even, creamy texture.
5. Enjoy
Enjoy on its own or add your favourite milk.

Proudly packed and shipped Australia-wide from Morii HQ on the Gold Coast. All orders ship within 1–2 business days, with tracking provided.
What is your return policy?
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Opened or used matcha cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.
We want you to love your Morii experience. If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
